Through participation in the Healthier Texas Community and Free Health Coaching Services, Bertha shared she was able to stay accountable with her health goals, which had previously been a challenge. What started as a simple sign-up turned into a journey toward better health, mindfulness, and community connection.

Discovering a Path to Better Health

Bertha first learned about the Community Challenge through a flyer and decided to give it a try. She quickly realized how much she loved tracking her healthy actions and discovering new ways to stay active.

 

“I love it! It keeps me accountable, reporting the healthy actions and pictures. I love that there are parks everywhere I can see in the app! I log into it, even during the off-season.”
